Privacy Policy — Floating Image & Video

TL;DR: The App is a floating video & photo player. The App itself does not collect, store, upload, or share your name, email, or any of your media files — everything runs locally on your device. However, the third-party SDKs we use (Google AdMob for ads and Google Firebase for analytics & notifications) process standard device and usage data as described in Sections 3 and 4.

1. Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. It has no accounts, no sign-up, and no cloud storage.

All images and videos you open remain on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Third-party SDKs integrated into the App (AdMob and Firebase, see Sections 3 & 4) may process certain data automatically — such as device identifiers, app usage and interaction data, diagnostics, and (for ads) approximate location — in accordance with their own privacy policies.

2. Permissions

We request the following permissions, used only for the App's core features:

Photos & Videos (media access) — so you can browse, open, and display your media files in floating windows.
Overlay (display over other apps) — so floating windows can appear above other applications while you multitask.

These permissions are never used to collect or transmit your data.

3. Advertising

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain information automatically, such as:

Device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) and device information
App usage and interaction data (e.g., app opens, screen views)
Approximate location and log data related to ad interactions
Crash logs and performance/diagnostic data

AdMob uses this information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device settings: Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or by following Google's instructions at adssettings.google.com.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which process data according to their own privacy policies:

Your media files (videos, photos, folders) are never shared with any third-party service.

5. Data Security

Your files are never uploaded to our servers. All processing happens locally on your device, which means your media stays under your control at all times. There are no servers, accounts, or databases that store your content.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly take steps to remove such information.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
